MEDIATION DEPARTMENT:

RITA FRAYER is a Court-Approved Mediator by the Ventura County Superior Court holding a Juris Doctor Degree from the Ventura College of Law, 1999.  Her mediation training and experience includes the Ventura County Superior Court, Small Claims and Family Law Facilitator's Office, the Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement, and the Ventura County Department of Child Support Services in addition to her private practice serving Ventura, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties..

Ms. Frayer has successfully mediated hundreds of disputes during her association with Child Support and Ventura Superior Court.
