MEDIATION DEPARTMENT:

RITA FRAYER is a Certified Mediator by the Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement holding a Juris Doctor Degree from the Ventura College of Law, 2000.  Her mediation training and experience includes the Ventura County Superior Court, Small Claims and Family Law Facilitator's Office, the Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement, and the Ventura County Department of Child Support Services in addition to her private practice.

Ms. Frayer has successfully mediated hundreds of disputes during her association with Child Support and Ventura Superior Court.
